HSFO Policies
Refund Policy:
A registered attendee may cancel their enrollment prior to the start of a group live training event and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation notice is received at least two weeks prior to the event’s start date. Any cancelation requests received after two weeks of the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to hsfoadmin@hsfo.org by the published refund timeframe in order to receive a refund of fees paid for any group live training event.
Program Cancellation Policy:
HSFO will contact each registrant by email immediately if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is canceled or if participants are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
Complaint Resolution Policy:
HSFO will make every effort to provide the best training courses possible. A complaint may be filed with the HSFO President within 10 business days of the end of the training event if a participant is not completely satisfied with the training. The President’s contact information can be found on the HSFO website at HSFO.org.
